I'm new to the Forum, and just wanted to introduce myself. I know that everyone, myself included, loves pics so here goes.
I just started growing late last year, so my experience level is novice. I grow in a small closet which is roughly 10' long by 3' wide by 8' tall. I use three sets of 2' florecent lights to Veg, and when it comes time to flower I add two 75 watt HPS. Origionally I started growing in dirt. These are pics from my first crops.
These plants were not very potent at all, and I didn't flush them so the buds didn't burn very well either. (They also burnt to a black ash instead of gray)
This next pic is of my first hydro attempt. It is a deep water culture improvization made with a 25 disk CD spindal top inside of a 100 CD spindal top. Believe it or not this plant is growing in a solution made of MiracleGro Quick Start, and MiracleGro Bloom Booster that was not Ph'd at all. The roots eventually grew some sort of fungus that killed the plant. It grew for a little more than a month.
Finally, after all that experamenting I decided to do it right. My current setup is kinda a mix between drip irrigation and deep water culture. These plants have been growing for almost three weeks.
Well, that's it so far. All coments and suggestions are welcome.
