Greetings Friends!

I was directed here after getting banned from 3MA for stating I didn't agree with how the admins were treating people.

Since I can no longer get help from that site, I come to you all looking to see if there is someone in my area willing to work with me. Here is a link to my post, followed by what it states for those who wish not to follow it.

I am still in need of a CG. I still grow my own, so I need to retain the rights to my plant's. I don't know for how long I will need a CG, but,I will stay with you for as long as I need and can afford to. I never ask for anything that I won't pay for at time of transfer. I never ask for more than I pay for. I will never sell, give or trade any medication I get or have. What medication I posses is for me, and me alone. I will always call/email/text 2 days prior to running out if you need time to prepare. I will always contact you during hours you specify and I understand if you need 24 hours to reply. I am in the Muskegon area, but will travel up to 50 miles if the quality is worth it.

I don't know what else you would want to know, or need that isn't personal information that would go on my form. But, If you want to know more, please feel free to ask here. I have nothing to hide, I only want help with my med's.

As far as meeting goes. I would like to first meet in a public place. Library or sit down restaurant..what ever, something normal people do. Not meet up on a corner or a parking lot. I don't want a dealer, I want/need a CG.

As for my medical needs. I go through roughly 1 oz every 2 weeks give or take. I can start off meeting up bi-weekly or we can arrange something. I don't like to go out....anxiety problem just to start. Anyway, I need an Indica, I can not in no way do Sativa's. I can do Indica hybrids, but I prefer to stay away as I never really know how I will react.

I don't know what is needed for this whole thing. All I know is I need med's and I can't afford 280 an oz.

So please, if you wan to help let me know. If you have questions ask them.


My next harvest is 3 weeks out, but I am out of med's and wish to work with someone directly rather than a dispensary.

I would also like to thank phaquetoo too for directing me here. As soon as he sent the PM about this site my other account there was banned. I guess they read your PM's since I had made 0 post on it and only sent out PM's today. Very sad and sooo bad for our community.

I guess, but it very wrong on so many levels. They are private messages after all.

Anyhow, that is enough of their garbage. I would like to keep this thread positive. Life is too shot.

You check a box on the TOU. It's NOT free speech on forums. It's ultimately at the discretion of the admins what to allow, what to delete, ect.

You want to retain the rights to your 12 plants and find someone to supplement your needs in between harvests? Did I interpret that correctly?

If so, it's not a caregiver per se that you're looking for I don't think. Can someone be your caregiver if you're growing your own plants? Is this allowed for under the MMMP?

I don't think so, but I'm not 100% certain. I know that a caregiver doesn't have to necessarily grow the plants for you. They can acquire meds on your behalf and deliver them to you, acting as your caregiver. What I'm not certain of is if you can grow your plants yourself AND have a caregiver at the same time. I don't believe you can, but again I'm not certain of that.

There's a stipulation with the laws about Safe patient med access.

Say if your cg drops the ball, gets arrested, stops growing and your in need of your meds, and he/she doesn't have anything. What are you supposed to do since he/she grows for you? Go with out, suffer?

Most of the time we call them overages .

Well at this point if overages are not "wrong" or illegal, I would be willing to do that. I just wouldn't put myself or others in a position where they are in violation of the law.

Yes, that is what I am saying. I try to keep stocked, but I go through much more than the law allows you to possess, around an ounce a week if my pain is really really bad, on good(rare) days I can get by on a few bowls a day. I would like to get to the point where I have enough to make my own RSO, but I'm still looking for the right strain for my garden, as well as dialing in my technique.

Yes, you can have a caregiver and retain your plant rights. Regardless of where cg acquires meds, the interaction between said caregiver and patient is legal. Most often, this arrangment is used to teach a patient how to grow there own, at least in my experience. Good luck again..it seems the 3ma banned list grows everyday haha. Fuck em.

If i were you, i would be looking into setting up a 2 week veg, sea of green perpetual, 3-4 plants 2 weeks apart with a constant rotation.

Howdy Pergamum!

I would like your post but I can't, guess it's because I am new here. But yes, that is something I have been looking into. I have been trying to do that with Auto's running inbetween a few photo's that I let get large due to the strain/s.

As far as I know you can't have a cg and still retain your plants, it says on the card if you're allowed to posses plants or not. If you heard otherwise then I would like to see the link.

At one point I was a caregiver with no plant rights, as a patient there is an option to retain plant rights if you still want a caregiver.

Hows the caregiver supposed to grow the plants if they don't have them?
