heirloom black krim sprouts

I grow these indoor and outdoor. Put em out when its sunny and put em inside when it gets cold and they seem to love my taotronics 12 watt led light. Last night a sprout grew 1 full inch and another seedling sprouted. Only problems I run into are white fuzzy stuff on the top of my soil but it doesn't seem to hinder my sprouts. I added another fan to my closet and I don't get the white fuzz anymore. The seeds I have say they need to be sowed indoors or in a greenhouse but I must have some good seeds cuse some of them sprouted at 45 degrees F at night.
This isn't your typical closet....

Added a bunch of poly paper and it became much more bright! I have 8 cfls coming in the mail to make it even more bright!
