Height issues...

Hey everyone! My plants are great...but the problem is that they tend to get kinda tall by the third week of flowering, which is aweome. I get some pretty big buds. But my flowering room is limited in height so some of the girls are surpassing my lights. Does anyone out there know anyway that I can keep my girls at a shorter height without reducing my veg time at all? Does using a net across all of them work? Please help! that would be great.

I use a product called Bush Master from Holmbolt Count, It stops vertical growth but beware, the shit is POTENT. I have burnt good seeds with this product trying to grow in a grow cab because of height isuses. The product will work but YOU MUST follow instructions,
