I was thinking suppercropping myself if I have any height issues or I want to even out the canopy in my grow without actually removing any plant material.

Lsting, scrog and topping all need time and planning but suppercropping can be done at anytime in the grow.:weed:

I pinch the main stem of the higher plants and lay the stem over. By pinching, all I'm doing is finding a good place to bend over and lay down the top, without breaking the stem. Just grasp stem between thumb and forefinger and pinch. You'll feel the cells inside give way, then rotate fingers 90 degrees and do it again. Then lay the top down. All of the nodes will start branching up and the pinched top will eventually right itself.

I'm doing it on my current grow, link in sig.

No, it won't harm it. That's actually another technique called lollipopping.
