I was already having issues with too much water. No drainage will drown the roots, right? The soil has been saturated for about 4-5 days now and we've still got another inch or two of rain coming tomorrow before we get sunlight again.

The shaking off part does help prevent mold growth of wet weather or even morning dew prolonged wet buds could get mold hopfuly you get some airflow to dry them off
