I am growing inside of a garage here in Montana. It's summer time and the temperatures range from 85 to 100. The inside of the garage gets to 90-100 during the day and the temperatures in the cab differ by temps in the garage. I have a high powered PC fan blowing air out from the top by the light and a huge fan blowing air through the bottom. Obviously an A/C is one solution to this problem but I'm broke as fuck. What can I do, because my plants are starting to get stressed. PLEASE HELP!!

150W High Pressure Sodium.

not much you can do except make sure you're exhausting a lot of air and a BIG fan is blowing over the leaves. CO2 likes warmer temps, 85-90. Pretty cheap if you do the sugar+yeast method.

Obviously a small portable AC would be ideal but I understand being broke.

Skunk, can you move them inside the house? Cooling a box with air that's already 90-100 is going to be impossible.

No it's not really possible. I might just try and save as best as I can for an air conditioner but even still the side door to this garage has cracks all around it so the cool air will escape anyway. > : ( I just duno what to do. Maybe I'll try the frozen jug deal

A few options for ya... Go to flea market or good will or...uh ollies some chepo store. I got one a/c unit for 15$ at a flea market and another for 20$. And at ollies they sell refurbished units for half price as new ones...but I dont know what you have around you. Or you can make a intake sucking in air from your a/c house, or if you have central air you can tie the intake into a air duct and get some really cool air. I am just assuming you have a a/c house in montana, of course. Make the intake out of a 6-10 inch fan and hook up some home cheapo ducting to a box put the fan in the box and seal it up. You got a cheap air ducting system that you can adjust to find the cold air.. Or put frozen 1gallon water jugs fing everywhere especially around the fans and plants. And get a bunch frozen stored for when those melt...also they will sweat so have something to catch or soak up the water. Good luck I always have had heat problems also I hatem!

You were very informative. Thank you. I'm going to sacrifice and go to some pawn shops and cheapo stores this week to look for an A/C unit. I do have central air but I don't wanna drill and cut into that stuff. I just need to get one or two A/C units. Thanks for everyone's help. I appreciate it.
