Heat - CFL vs HPS???

Hi guys, what would output more heat Watt for Watt.

400w of HPS, or 400w of CFL... lets say they have the same cooling..

Also... kinda same question.. Is one HID 400w cooler than a bunch of CFLs.

it all depends on your air intake and exit, my veg area is open so it doesn't get hot with the 8 CFLs that I'm using

yes i know that, i specified that they both have the same air cooling... be it fans blowing on it

I would go with CFL because I have 16 in my small veg and flowering area and it seems like they aren't heating my room up alot 104w in veg and 133w in flowering
