Health care is not a human right

We continue to do it in Congress. What about the fat, lazy people in there who get immediate healthcare coverage including preexisting conditions the moment they are elected and then they block the people who elected them from receiving the same thing they have. Morally and spiritually sick and corrupted is what it is.
look back at my previous posts...the chocodile crowd are mentioned...i used to be fat..i know how hard it can be to lose weight...and that it can be done...from 354 pounds at one time to 190 now....it wasn't a "sickness"...it wasn't a condition...it was me liking to eat and sit on my ass....which doesn't seem like a "condition" to me at all....unless being a fat lazy fuck is a condition

can you look me in the eye and tell me that they were misled? the fucking packages say right on them " HEY!, this shit ain't good for you...."
At what point should the warning say, "HEY!, this shit is bad for the USA economy?"

But yes, we have been mislead. I miss the Anti smoking campaign.

The Government continued to seek monetary damages to fund smoking cessation and prevention programs, and in 2005, the Department of Justice amended its requested relief for these programs from $130 billion over 25 years to $14 billion over ten years.

But Philip Morris has your back. It's all about the delivery.

Tobacco giant Philip Morris says it has a New Year resolution: to try to 'give up' cigarettes. Kate King asks whether its latest UK ad campaign is more than just a publicity stunt.https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2018/01/03/philip-morris-marlboro-wants-give-up-cigarettes-go-smoke-free/1001442001/

Not quite as bad as McKesson's judgment.

We feel like our system was hijacked”: DEA agents say a huge opioid case ended in a whimper.
None of McKesson’s warehouses would lose their DEA registrations. The company, a second-time offender, had promised in 2008 to be more diligent about the diversion of its pills to the street. It ultimately agreed to temporarily suspend controlled substance shipments at four distribution centers and pay a $150 million fine.https://www.denverpost.com/2017/12/17/mckesson-dea-denver-opioid-case/

i have no problems agreeing with any of that, the tobacco industry purposely lied and covered shit up for years, then tried to "damage control" the facts when they could no longer just deny them....the only problem i had with your earlier statement was attaching the same blame to the insurance companies....they have plenty of shit to answer for on their own, but the decisions of an industry they don't control can't be layed on their doorstep

Today, it's a matter of what gov. office your Corp. Lawyers work.

Tell me, who's Lawyers stronger, the FDA or FBI?

It's about time to put a junkie in charge of the FDA. he understands dependency.

when i was fat, i'd try to say it was a disease, a sickness....and maybe it was, but i cured myself....i got tired of being a fat fuck, so i quit eating so much and started doing a little excercise, and taking a walk every day it wasn't raining....thats all it took...not drugs, or a doctor, or hospitalization....or insurance...

First congratulations on your weight loss, sincerely. I doubt all overweight people are lazy. Not everyone is Ken or Barbie. The first thing that happens before an act of wrongdoing is judgement, elevation above those held in such judgement. Then condescension follows sometimes in the form of action. I myself don't believe that I'm above or more entitled to anything for any particular reason but that's me, I am not perfect and may be mistaken. What we spend on death in this country is incredible. Military spending is very high. That being said, I would think that saving lives is certainly more important than killing people. That's just me. To elect representatives who judge and condescend and deprive our citizens of the benefits they enjoy has to stop. The robbing of social security for example, the handing out of US dollars to foreign interests should only come after we've taken care of our people. Our citizens should be treated like they are cared for by those put in office to represent them not judged, condemned discriminated against and deprived of the same benefits those who supposedly represent them enjoy as part of their position, including retirement benefits

every one does not have the will power such as yourself. Others might need outside help (medical ). I bet you make enough to have and support a decent diet if you so chose. Other not so lucky
