you said you weren't sick so how did you change....or did you lie?

you just don't get it....using 2 g of oil will put you OVER an OZ per day...it's not smoking. you just won't open your eyes and mind!

if you have a high g per day-you're not smoking it.

i know 2 people with over 200 g a day....do you think they're smoking it?? they're eating it!
do you know about extracts?

please learn something before you spout and judge. you spread false information but expected to be welcomed with open arms?
if you want to learn, welcome but if you want to argue, why not go someplace where that's welcome?....or are you truly a troll and just want to wind people up?
You don't have to be sick to be plenty f'ed up . Want to hear bout how all my broken bones, metal parts and winter get along?

I don't think juicing is an accepted form of use by health Canada but I certainly believe it could be argued in court as better option to smoking cannabis. Am I wrong to think that way?
the Smith case means we get it in all forms so juicing is good to go

Someone please correct me if Im wrong here but, wouldn't some stooge from HC contacting your Dr. to discuss dosage be a breach of Dr/Patient confidentiality?
Unless they are total idiots, you're likely signing off for this check under some umbrella clause in the fine print. Otherwise, this would be a huge hole for any lawyer worth his pay to nail these bastards.

I brought that up. HC rep said it's not illegal for health canada to contact a practicing physician. It's a internal process he claimed.

In every other instance I've had to sign off on a form to allow my doc to share information with anyone. Unless you're giving up that right to HC when you sign those forms (which would require a clause/statement on the form), then I don't see how HC would have special powers over anyone else.

Change tactics...bring it up with the doctor. Advise him you were not advised nor did you give permission for your medical file to be shared with anybody, including HC and that you intend to seek damages if your privacy has been breached.

Pretty sure my doctor would tell them to f'off and respect his decision/signature that had already been provided on the ORIGINAL forms.

No, they consider me handicapped/disabled, but not sick. They don't consider me chronic cause I'm seasonal and the fronts and snaps are irregular. It's take 2 aspirins as needed and call me in the Spring..
get a lic for 6 months then...and either grow yourself or get a Designated grower. at least you're covered for half the year
weird how they don't consider reoccurring pain as chronic

*UPDATE*

They told my doctor he must have made a mistake without putting the "." Between the 40gpd. He's calling back to verify the 40gpd.

Another thing to the whiners, I've found 2 clinics with appointments ready this and next week. MJconsulting 425$ 10gpd max and do no harm 20gpd 1000$. Within 12hrs i had verbal conversations with both clinics, them calling me.

Don't whine if you don't have med documents and expect to find a Dr. Sure, complain about the fees but it seems some just aren't resourceful or lazy.

I'm living in Fl.. Not holding my breath for a decent law, or recip. + no home grow, no guns. I'll continue to support prohibition.

Whine about not being able to afford the "bend over and be raped to exercise their rights" fee(s)? What if they need more than 20g/day like you? Is your doc taking on new patients? He's obviously well educated about MMJ to be handing out 40g/day scripts?!?! How much did he charge you for the script again?

Fixed income folks are living hydro bill to hydro bill. Because they can't afford to pay a fee...you call them not resourceful, and lazy whiners. Who are you to judge?

Don't pick and choose then manipulate what I said. The fee is something to complain about it. Redi jedi had positive result mentioning to his clinic that Dr's can't charge to prescribe when it falls under ohip. There are cost concerns ofcourse but I'm thankful to have a good job although my Dr doesn't charge me. I'm referring to people or "new members" claiming they can't find a Dr to sign. They exist and they are ready immediately. Cheapest I have found is 199$. To someone on disability or welfare it's a large amount of money but if you can't afford the 199-299-425 then you can't afford to grow either.

I guess it easy to say..."just complain about the fee and pay it" when you have a good job AND a Dr. who doesn't charge. I don't have a dog in the "temporary" AMCPR bullshit, as like you...my doc signs for free. I have my pinks and have no need to sign up for HC's temp BS. My problem with your comments is, you can't lump all MMJ users into the "new member whiners" club. Lotsa sick folks are now growing illegally and want to become legal. The clinics may work for those with the ability to pay, but not everyone is as fortunate as you and I. The clinics are just another barrier to "reasonable access" for most.

It costs more then 199$ to grow, with that aside again yes any fee is unreasonable. Even heard of a clinic with monthly fee. There is no 1 size fits all. It's not a clean cut process anymore like it was just find a DG sit back and wait for a box to show up at the door.

Time to shut these vultures down. Unless they start charging grandma to write a script for her heart medication, on a sliding scale depending on dose, we are AGAIN being discriminated against and are denied reasonable access. Sure it costs money to grow, but it's a damn sight cheaper than buying LP garbage. These clinics are just trying to rape as many patients as possible before rec sales become legal and the need to seek a doctor's permission disappears. There is NO justification for charging any fees in order for someone to grow a plant. Like TheRealDman, I'm holding on to my mmar pinks, but for those without that option, it needs to be fair for everyone. Your illness or medication need does not change according to wealth.

They can take the injunction away at any time AFAIK. IDK, I thought about not doing it but I am consuming more now than I was when I signed up so I wanted an increase in dosage.
