  1. An authorized person must not use organic solvents when they are altering the chemical or physical properties of fresh or dried marihuana or a product described in paragraph (c) above.
so how do you make the oils or shatter/budder?? this makes no sense...do you just wave a magic wand?

HC doesn't write laws. They just think they do. I'd say the solvent restriction wouldn't fly in court. How it's made seems to me a small point if you were making it safely....just my two cents.
But I suppose it's been worded so only those with deep pockets can buy the equipment to make it.
Anyway I'd still say BHO away if you a med patient. imo
