i wonder how they are extracting...I have heard about using CO2 but the other ways use a solvent of some kind-naptha, Iso or butane....hmmmm

HC doesn't write laws. They just think they do. I'd say the solvent restriction wouldn't fly in court. How it's made seems to me a small point if you were making it safely....just my two cents.
But I suppose it's been worded so only those with deep pockets can buy the equipment to make it.
Anyway I'd still say BHO away if you a med patient. imo

Problem is it takes that bitch a couple minutes to write new regulations and it takes us years to fight them in court.
