Heal Stress/burn? Really need help

Somehow a black garbage bag, plastic, fell or had blown over and landed on top of my plants!! And now the whole top and 1st top node are brown limp curled up necrotic, dead, what can i do, I really need help people, has this ever happened to anyone else? here are some pics.
