Heads Up - Rejected MMJ renewal application

Just got my application rejected and sent back because my doctor put 7/1/2011 as my next appointment on the physician's statement. Apparently they want it to be 07/01/2011...............so back to the doctor. Be aware everyone.

same stupidity as the 'must be blue ink' rejection BS. really .... like you couldn't read the typed out black?!?!? bunch of yahoos in processing .....
