Hawaiian skunk haze seedlings showing cal/ mag def?

I've got 5 HSH seedlings that are 9 days old. I just transplanted them 2 days ago in to a perlite/ ffof and sunshine #4 mixture with added worm castings and espoma plant tone.a day or so before transplant I noticed that two of the babies were a bit droopy and I noted in my journal that they looked like an indica dom pheno.the next day one was a bit worse then the other and they started to show an under curling of the leves and droopy still. I thought over watering,so I let them dry for a day. I then transplanted them to solo cups and yesterday I noticed the clorosis of the already damaged leaves. One plant has about 40% damage on the leaves and the other it's just the tip?the other 3 are just fine. This makes me think that the two problematic ones are my girls and the other 3 are boys!

So my question really is does this look like cal/ mag def and how much would you suggest to give them. I have botanicare cal- mag plus it's a 2-0-0. It says 2 ml for seedlings. But with seedling that are already sensitive should I just use 1 ml and up the dose from there if needed. Here what they look like nowimage.jpgimage.jpg image.jpg second one is the worst and third one I just found now. I don't think it nute burn from the soil.

I have a few of those going right now as well.. they're about a month old (give or take a day or two) and I began feeding at around 2 weeks or so and they've seemed to handle the nutes with no problems whatsoever.

Hey dude, I grow in FFOF and perlite as well.. I use RO water so I also use the same cal mag bionicaire. . I really think you might have fed it the Cal mag to soon. I wait until 1 or 2 weeks after transplant, then start using it.

Shit my bad, I thought I had read you had began using it already. I apologize. With that being said I really don't think it's a calmag def.

It may be a little burn from the FF. It gets pretty hot from what I've heard. I mix my FF with perlite at least 70% 30%

I haven't given them any cal mag yet. Only what's in the soil

looks like nute burn to me, also. let the soil get nearly dry and then flush to get rid of some nitrogen. GL

I thought about it and I went with my instinct and gave them all a dose and this morning the worst looking one is trying to green up where the necrosis is. There is no further damage and there seems to be a bit of improvement i.e greener perky overalls healthy.hope that does the trick and theres no further problems but I have a feeling this is not the end!

Stop worrying, monitor your ph, easy of the feeding and treat them as healthy plants. Those burns looks like it could be a lot of things, so dont do anything drastic unless the actual new growth shows the same symptoms. Too many people overfeed and do too much and end up hurting the plants more than they do good. Grow "by the book" and pay attention to the new growth ;) its not rocket science :P

You should take the guys advice on here,it definatly aint cal/mag.
Seedling need next to nothing to get going, they have enough to get them through the seedling stage by themselves.
As for the "the dead leaves are starting to green up",bullshit, dead leaves do not green up.
Another point worth noting,
"ill wait til they dry out,and then flush"
Are you serious?
If you have any indication (which you do) that there is a problem with the medium.....GET IT FLUSHED ASAP......
Waiting for your plant to drink up the remaining bad nutrients is about as dumb a move as you could make!
I know I sound harsh, but it really grates on me when people ask advice, get it,then throw it back in peoples faces!
Do you want their help or not?
That shit should have been properly flushed with 1/3 nutes, then leave it the fook alone.
P.s
I have 2 HSH scrogged up with not one sign at all of any deficiencies, these are not finicky plants,in fact, its one of the most hardiest plants I have ever grown.

Dude I'm not a fucking noob and in no way am I throwing anyones advice back in there face. As for the bull shit comment about them greening back up kiss My ass I know what I see and the tips are greener today after the dose then they were before it. And I did not say I would wait for them to dry out before I flushed them. Put the weed down dummy and try to understand what your reading! To many times I have seen noobs take the advice of uninformed people and end up killing their plants. I asked for advice before I made a decision. In now way does that me I have to take the advice!

Very clever:clap:
Editing the dumb comments I made my points against.
You did say "wait til it dries then flush",if your the kind of person that can play shit like that, instead of taking shit on the chin and moving on,then your pathetic pal.
Your comments stink of NOOB,don't sit there trying to play it different, because the experienced growers will sniff you out in an instant!
Cal/mag deficiency for seedlings?
GTFO!
If you were an experienced grower, you would understand how stupid that comment is:wall:
How many experienced growers do you know, that fuck up at this stage?
un-FUCKING-believable!
If you want to know my credentials.....
I'm the "NOOB" thats been growing for 2/3rds of my life.
I'm the "NOOB" that has never burn't out seedlings with nute burn.(unlike yours, that you can't even identify as burn!)
I'm the "NOOB" that has taken advice from others, learned and got better(instead of pig headedly going on "instincts" that are wrong)
I'm the "NOOB" that knows, dead leaves do not "green up"especially on the brown bits(thats the dead bits you know?)like you stated your zombie plant did(you said that to back up your own advice, pathetic, dead is dead,no ifs/buts/maybes,DEAD!)
Oh yeah,on a final note,I'm the "NOOB" that scrogs 22-26 zips from a 600w every 4 months from start to finish.
No bullshit bud boosting nutrients, just your basic NPK's,pk13/14 and the odd bit of cal/mag.
And the person that has created this "HELP ME!" thread,is calling me the "NOOB"?

Actually I looked over the riu plant problems and it looks more like cal def. either way they have been treated. I know it uncommon to have a deff in a seedling but seems these babies are bitches!
Bita cal mag cant hurt em and if u in soil u will just release more nut if u flush

I had seedlings that looked EXACTLY like that. Took them forever to start any sort of rapid growth, but they eventually made it out.. My problem, I believe, was that I was using soil with premixed nutes (.1,.05,.05) and the perlite I added, which was fucking MiracleGro, had nutes in it too(FUCK!). Perlite nutes were .07,.07,.07. I thought these micro amounts would be okay, but even my bigger plants are getting burnt tips when I transplanted them from their stater cups(with no perlite) to their main pots(same medium + perlite.) Its weird but there ya go. I don't know if that's whats causing yours but in my case I just had to give it time, which ive noticed is 80% of the solutions to my problems, and the shittiest solution because it sucks to just "wait and see"

Ya could be I'm not sure but gonna use straight sunshine#4 mix for the seedling for now on. I did plenty of reading and found the mix ffof and sunshine perlite mix to not burn but I guess maybe it does who know. They're not affected by the cal mag dose in any negative way so no biggie!
