Having trouble paying for seeds from attitude. Using Pre-paid Gift card.

I'm trying to order some seeds from attitude seed bank w/ a Vanilla Visa Pre-paid Gift card.

I'm running into issues when I get to the billing address screen.. what should I put for the BILLING address and name? I read that I have to register the card to make online transactions. So I went to Visa's site and registered it under a diff. name and address.

Unfortunutly, Right on the damn card it says that they are only to be used in the USA! Don't know how I missed this earlier as I was searching for an international one.:wall:

I hear that the "yellow" visa is the way to go and that it is International... any input on what the RIGHT card to get is? What did you guys use and how did you purchase your seeds and get past the details? W/ pre-paid cards?

Thanks guys and gals,

Try the card with the name you registered with the credit card company (to make sure the transaction goes through) and make sure the Attitude shipping address page is filled out with the mailing address and name you want the seeds delivered to. I'm sure Attitude see's a few of these type of orders.

Another thing to watch is the currency - change the currency (right hand side of Attitude's home page, below flags, in shopping cart). Change the currency to the currency the card is in and the transaction should go through. A couple other people have had this problem and fixed it this way, but as you said - you may have a card they won't accept. Give it a try.

At the very worst exchange the card for an international at the bank you purchased it from, buy an international card and transfer the money from the old card to the new one.

The card I bought was from a Store... like CVS, rite-aid type... It was just a vanilla visa for $100... ON the card it says "not for use outside of the US"... I went back to the store today and looked and looked and looked for another that was for international but could not find ONE! Not Amex, Visa or any others. Master card did not say anything on the cover but Im sure they as well are the same.

Could someone post a pic or link to a thread that shows for sure a card type that will work. I can't stand all this running around for nothing.

I'm just sure going to a real bank and asking for a pre-paid card to shop online internationally and have it not have any of my info on it is a bad Idea. Not that they will know but I just can't see it working... lol

Thanks for the help thus far,
mE

Dude I have used those they worked for me. It sounds like the problem is you are not shipping to the registered card addy no? read the FAQ the card and shipping addresses have to match.

Been there done that. The best way is to get a green dot visa. You can get them at Radio shack, Walgreens, or Walmart.

Greendot makes you verify who you are, correct?

It would be almost pointless to get one as they ask you for your SS, Billing address and other things when you activate the card... I'm just going off of what I read countless times...

I'm going to look into the AllAccess thing today and post back.

Yes they do, But the way I look at it is I grow over 100 miles from where I live. If the pigs don't have any evidence then I guess they can suck my cock.
