Having Problems (First Grow)

Hello everyone, This is my first time growing and I seem to be having some problems. I built a Stealth grow box out of a tall guitar speaker cabinet I have. Im using 2 300 watt equivalent cfl bulbs, cutting edge nutes, i have a ph testing kit also. Got 4 clones from a friend and they are looking like garbage. Any ideas on how i could make this better?

But I grow in soil so I really dont know..... you going to grow hydro?

They look like they are in rock wool and severely over watered. Rock wool holds a ton of water. Do plan to grow them in those cubes?

They were given to me in those cubes, Im planning to put the cubes in coco, how should i go about watering these? My friend said to just leave them in a dish with some water on the bottom until roots grow. But that doesnt seem to be working.

get the water out of those trays!! you are drowning them! are they cuttings or clones? if they have roots get them planted. if they are just cuts put them under some sort of humidity dome and/or spray them.

Ya dump the water out and see how that goes. Maybe give the rock wool a little squeeze or just let it drip out.

yeah bud, go soil starting out. i think you will understand more then move to the rockwool or whatever.

Should I take them out of the rockwool? or just leave them and then put them is soil?

Leave them in the rockwool and go get you some foxfarm soil,hydro comes later bro,its esier to learn in soil
