Having issues with my month old plants

Hello everyone, I'm back for more help!

Well roughly a month ago, (jan 09) my plants sprouted and began to grow.

I'm using Fox Farm Happy Frog soil, with no nutrients yet although I do have the trio by FF.

Using a mixture of 2700k and 500k bulbs to veg the plants and they've been growing fairly well, but now they are starting to show some SERIOUS problems.

I'm thinking this has to do with bugs or something along those lines, so if it is bugs..What bugs are they?

Here are some pics:

These plants here look like they are praying or something, you can also see some rust spots.

This looks like bugs, that isn't a spot..it's holes in the leaf.

biggest plant of mine, slowly dying from the bottom up, don't know why.

Ah, ok so it's a deficiency? I'm a complete newb as this is my first grow so I have no idea how to tell if they need to be fed or not. I was told in a previous thread I had that there are nutrients in the soil that get released when I water so I thought it was an OVERDOSE, meh I'm confused :P

Alright cool. I have the Fox Farm nutrient trio so I'll use those at half strength, I have no idea what molasses is though, will be reading up on that soon.

I don't think at that age, if you're in fresh soil that you need molasses yet, but if you DO decide to use it, I myself use 1 tsp/ gal., but I have heard of guys using up to 1 Tbsp/ gal.
When/If you decide to use, not so much the brand, but be sure it is "Unsulphured" Molasses.

If by fresh soil you mean right out of the bag, then yes I have that. But I was looking around online for a bit and people were saying it's best in the flowering stage? Don't know if that's true so I'll take your word for it. Thanks for the tip bakatare!

I started molasses at 2 weeks. I'm at 5 weeks now with plants over 30 inches. But everyone has there own way of doing things. So do research and judge for yourself.

some guys say they use it from the time they start feeding, and others say just in flower, but since it feeds the goodies in the soil, I don't see how it could hurt all the way through, as long as you don't overdo it.
