Have you ever seen this problem?

Hydro closet grow. PHing regularly. 100 watt CFL. Temperature maybe low at night but rests around 74 during the day.

Deformed new growth. Crooked pointy leaves. Is this something that can be fixed?

Anyone? The problem is getting worse, new growth is yellowing. How often should i be adding nutes to my res? The top leaves are strange as they are becoming pointy and is not very lush. Twisted pointy small and yellow. Any possible diagnosis??
