Have you ever seen a plant budding this small

12-12 from seed its been goin for like month and a half is it gonna gro more or what

have the hairs turned brown yet? if the bud isn't ripe it'll still grow untill the bud is ready then chop it. Don't mean to be rude but was this an experiment for haha's or did you not know that the vegatative grow is fairly important?

Anyway it appears as though you have a problem with that plant, that's why it's so small. It doesn't look very healthy and happy and has been stunted by something. I also see you had some die so that should be no suprise.

Do you have gnats flying around?

Have you overfertilized?

Is the ph in the soil way off?

Spider mites?

Watering too often?

Not enough light or not close enough?

Too hot?


It would have been bigger but something has definately held her back. No it probably won't grow much more, just get fatter with buds if you fix whatever problem is going on.

surly the only reason its small is that its been flowering its whole life and has had no time soley to grow big and healthy first? i mean dont get me wrong it looks a nice plant just a little more low key than usual but i always thought plants needed a growth period then a flowering one

No it's not unusual to go 12/12 from seed or clone and they don't need a veg period if all you want is a small plant or quick small harvest.

That's usually done in SOG setups though, with smaller pots... Tighter together.

But anyway it should have gotten bigger than it is. Not huge but bigger. Or at least looked healthier.

lol yall crak me up first of all all the 30 empty pots have auto flower hindu kush seeds that popped today and my avatar is the purple kush i just harvested 2 days ago and yes this was and experiment plant with bag seeds i just wanted to see what 12-12 frome seed would yeild

It looks overwatered and undernourished to me.

believe me i grow nothing else but 12/12 from seed and ive NEVER had a plant come out as bad as that ,even when ive abused them ,looks to me like its been chucked in your flowerting room whilst you where flowering the others and neglected , anyway that iss not what you should expect from growing 12/12 from seed ,so dont let this 'experiment ' put you offf this method of growing .

Plants need alittle time to get going i've took large clones and flowered after 2 week.I realy dont see the point budding from seed you are only getting a small ammount of crop. what you would have if you let them veg and flower for right ammount of time.I can see where your comeing from but i like to see nice big fat stems along with nice big fat buds.The

all point off letting them go full cycle is for the thc glands to form prop and plant cope with the buds that will come during flowering aer you sure this wasn't an experiment.

actualy this is the genaral growing section , and 12 /12 from seed is hardly an advanced technique of growing , actualy it couldnt be simpler reallly , if it confuses you stick in the begginers section ........DICK

speed, turnover is a good reason, horses for courses, only my take on it.

it takes 2 or 3 weeks to start flowering even using 12 /12 from seed so the plant is mature enough .
the plant can only flower when its mature enough and they do go through the whole full flowering cycle so i dont get what your trying to say really ?

less electricity
the abillity to grow a number of different strains in a small space instead of 1 or 2 big plants
the fact i can be in the house when the lights are on and be at work during lights off , safe in the knowledge your lights havent started an inferno
theres lots of reasons really for using this method .

Regardless of how troubled that plant looks, I have seen smaller plants harvested. My buddy has a small hydro op setup in a cabinet no smaller than 20"w x 12"d x 30"t and he uses Cottage Cheese containers for the Res tanks. It's ghetto as fuck and I told him several times he wasn't going to be successful but he proved me wrong every time. I mean, he doesn't get much quantity or much quality but he does supply his own habit. He has one now that is literally 6"-8" tall that is a solid bud from the hydroton to the top of the plant with a couple fan leaves. He clones from his mother and as soon as they root, before any vertical growth starts, he puts them into flower and they seem to not stretch much. His tanks are so small he changes every other day and he uses those fucking Cottage Cheese containers through the whole grow and just PH's the water before he fills the tanks. I figured he would get root bound by the end of flowering but nope. Almost like a fish... it grows to the size of the tank its in... I think thats a fish lol... Honestly, even online I still have yet to see any plants flowered as small as his... I think he is doing something wrong but he's hard headed and doesn't take suggestions very well.

to be honest with you i dont post pics or journals on the net , i think its asking for trouble , maybe im paranoid ,i sort of think well i wouldnt film myself robbing a bank and then post it on the net and cultivation is just as illegal so it seems kind of risky to me ,
ill gladley answer any questions for you though and theres plenty of grows using this method on the different forums ..
