sounds like possibly anemia, but you say you have been to the doctors, and i assumed got full test. including blood alot of things can cause anemia and there are a lot of different kinds, i just recently have had my left arm tingle all the time so i have been taking b12, but it did not cure it, its probally my bad posture or a combination of things, i just eraticated a bed bug population, and they could of been causing me to feel tingles, but get back to the doc if it continues, a list of your symptoms will make it hard to narrow your problem down. and possibly cause you to mis-diagnois. Get blood test if you have'nt yet

If it is anemia and it is bad enough to cause the symptoms described their would be other pertinent positive indicators; exercise intolerance, pallor, and perhaps even chest pain that resolves with rest.

Hi guys two plants on the go 2 o'z in a jar and then this happens, this is quoted form another site but it exactly whats happened to me

"hello, i have always consumed cannabis and deriveds, but lately i have had to diminish the frequency of this marvellous habit because of the next problem of which no one seems to know anything and i have not been able to find any info to solve it.

It has happened repeatedly for the past years but randomly. after smoking pot i feel the normal effects, but after a while it gets to a point in wich i start loosing sensibility in my hands, like if they were put to sleep. i feel a strange tingling, like pins and needles in my hands, that gets more intense when touching things. depending on what i touch the feeling gets stronger or softer (touching my skin or hair the sensation is very intense but touching plastic or glass it almost disappears). it is nothing pleasent. when i'm high all my attention goes to this problem almost obsessively. but the worst part is that this disagreeable sensation does not disappear with the marihuana effects, but it lasts even for several days, vanishing little by little.

Nobody, no doctors, no naturists seem to know where this problem comes from or how to solve it. i would appreciate any info about this problem or people to contact to find a solution."

This is interesting. Marijuana has anticholinergic properties (dry mouth, tachycardia) but is not documented as having sympathomimetic properties (vasoconstriction, elevated blood pressure, e.g. "fight or flight response"). Take your blood pressure, heart rate (for 1 minute), and minute respiration count when you are not stoned. Repeat the measurements when you are stoned or have someone do it for you. You need a sphygmomanometer for the BP or you can use one of those machines at a pharmacy, Wal-Mart, etc any place frequented by geezers. It sounds like you are having a constrictive response in your capillary beds which is essentially a sympathomimetic response. Do you know the origin of your weed? Could there be an adulterant that has contaminated it (fertilizer, pesticide)? Hyperventilation or hypoventilation could also cause some of these responses but should resolve rather quickly.

very interesting, i have a slight cold aswell so perhaps my breathing was slightly restricted before hand......

just to say guys those two storys i posted were from other sites, the worryng thing for me is unlike those two im a pretty regular smoker. Been smoking solid for the past couple of weeks, and regular for about 5 years....

as for the weed its my own home grown delahaze 70 sat 30 indica, my lady has smoked it quite a bit and is fine so hopefully not that
thanks again for all the replys....

worst comes to worst i quit but next time i will deffo take the avice off here, ill go with smaller dose, good posture and eat some sugary shit
any more thoughts please post and thanks again some quality replys \theorys ill plus rep you all

i have this type of feeling but it happens when i am not stoned.

my doc gave me painkillers too help. my pain is a real deep numb feeling from my groin down too my calfs. pain gets that bad i sweat like a horse and end up going too sleep.

canabis on the other hand relieves the pain somewhat. i tend too relax more. doc told me it was growing pains. im just shy of 40yr old and laughed at him about growing pains. i personaly think its bloody circulation for me.

do you /have you used powertools, these can give you the same feeling you all describe. carpal tunnel syndrome sounds like it too.

other than fighting i dont do anything that would bring on carpal and imo from reading the symptons it sounds a bit different to that...
by fighting i mean mma, not walking up to people on the street, havant trained for a few months either due to knee injury so i think carpal is ruled out

thanks for your post

thanks for that, i dont experience any of these so thanks for letting me rule it out

You are jumping to conclusions.

You claim that the pot caused the effect when actually being stoned happened to occur at the same time. Not exactly a scientific cause and effect.

Also, you state that the tingling continued long after you were sober. Thus, not exactly a cause and effect property there...

I would look for other answers before being confident that the pot had anything to do with it except for maybe causing some paranoia.

The only side effect's I have ever had from smoking are:
Happy
Sleepy
Hungry

That sucks though, I don't know what I would do if I had adverse effect's from smoke.

i have smoked everyday for the past 8 years and i know exactly what your talking about. sometimes when you smoke you get an undesireable affect, try getting a new strain of weed to smoke. i have had the same problem before where some weed just makes me all trippy and shit. i normally drink a couple bottles or glasses of water, eat something, and if that doesnt work i will take 2 aleeve and try to go to sleep and sleep it off normally i wake up with a clean and refreshed feeling not a paranoid undesireabke feeling. hope this helps.

Seriously, do you consume a lot of sweets after getting blazed and if yes you might want to have your blood sugar checked could be the onset of Type 2 Diabetes which if caught early and diet adjusted can be relieved. I had Type2 for several years lost 86# no issues had the same symptoms in the early stages.
