Have my plants been stressed too much?

I have started my first grow room in an unused upstairs bathroom. My seedlings are in about their 2 week of growth and have their first set of true leaves and are working on their second set. I had noticed that one of my strongest plants was starting to take on a yellowish tint to it's largest leaves (the first true leaves) and that all growth had just kind of stopped on the second set of leaves it was growing and all growth had stopped on all the other plants as well....none of them looked horrible, just not their healthiest. I searched your forum and found that the soil was probably too wet and the humidity needed to be brought down. My question is have I already done too much damage/ stressed them too much and I will now end up with all males or is that more of a concern in late vegetative to early flowering stages? Please help, so I will know if I need to go ahead and order more seeds and try this again.

Pics would help to diagnose the problem better. What medium are they in, and are you giving them nutes? What is your watering schedule, ie are you following a wet/dry mehod, or keeping the soil permanently moist? Also, what size containers are they in?

Post some pics if you can.

They were started in jiffy pots. I gave them about an eighth of an ounce of MG. I watered them today and I let about a 1/2 inch of the soil dry before watering. In the beginning the soil did not dry out at all RH was damn near 70, I have it down to 50-55 now and temps mid-high 70s. We currently have them in 4 inch sq pots, I moved them once I could see the taproot at the bottom of the jiffy pot. I also removed the mesh around them.

DO NOT give your plants any miracle grow, or any other nutrients/ferts. Your plants are FAR too young for that stuff. Just gently flush your plants out, and only give them water for the next few weeks.
