Hash oil problem

I recently just received what I think is hash oil from my girlfriend who's mom smokes medical marijuana. It seems to be to liquidy. I am not experienced with hash oil whatsoever, any idea what I could do with it?

what is it made on ? alcohol of some kind I hope, need to make it evaporate, best way is to fill a bowl with boiling water, and use a small bowl to fill the liquid in, then dip the smaller bawl in to the hot water until your left with some very sticky and not liquid oil at the bottom of the small bawl, like when your melting chocolate etc.

One glass bowl with the oil sat in a bath of (not quite) boiling water.

Like when you made Corn Flake or Rice Crispy Chocolate buns, as a kid....?
