I was wondering how the two compared since their both strong sativas.

I have the chernobyl going now, and will prolly order the KF in a week or so.

Thanks ahead

i got some killing fields running atm, but its nothing like chernobyl, killing fields takes about a week or two longer to mature, its been 9 weeks so far in flowering with 5 weeks veg period and i believe i have another week left maybe 2 for better density. chernobyl ends up as a stretchy sativa with lemon or lime smell, kinda fast for something of it's stature and hight, racey head high, but doesn't get your blood pumping, yields good outdoors. the Killing fields smells alot like berries, almost purple, some are green (usually stinkiest are green and NOT purple) and those are actually the best tasting, both have a really "Up and high" kinda like you would expecy a really well grown haze to give you, it doesn't stretch as much as the chernobyl does, but it does stretch. not as strong smelling either. both are grade a, killing fields might be the better deal out of the 2 if you don't mind the extra time spent in flower, its feminized and cheap. haven't seen any sign of hermaphroditism on either strain.

cool, so it sounds like a winner to keep in rotation right beside my chernobyl then, awesome.
I definitely dont mind a couple extra weeks, i have two sage going now...

How did you grow your chernobyl? did you do it like it says on subs page, top it early to keep it low, or did you just let it go? does it stretch as bad as jilly bean can?

While im at it, where does sannies jack fit in the list at?
those pics on his page look fukn sick and white as hell.

I think the only reason im getttin KF( i think) over it, is the colors which look AWESOME! and the rave reviews for it. But the time isnt really any longer between the two for flowering.

I've only heard the best about sannies jack, i've wanted to grow it myself but i couldn't give you any real pointers on growing the strain myself. sannie is fairly accurate with his descriptions.

i did not follow his advice and let it grow, i had a male next to it and the male ended up shooting for the sky, seriously vigorous male, the female took her time and stopped stetching at around 2-3 weeks into flower, buds were on her when she stopped. Yes, but jillybean doesn't stretch as much because it is less sativa dominant, the chernobyl will easily push 6-10 feet outdoors as mine did untopped. its easier to manage once you take subcools advice and top it early but that would have stunted the hell out of my plant and i was short on time :(

Thankfully i have some time, i have some in there thats not to far into flower, the box they veg in has a 50x hps so it vegges a little slow. Topping it would allow me to sex them and have a nice sample already going while i let it recover from topping. maybe ill wind up with 4! that would be awesome.. i definitely dont have the room to let it get that big.

SOunds like the chernobyl is the best thing going right now really tho. May be sumin thats gonna be worthy of half the boxes space.

I have smoked killing fields, its the truth, an absolute great sativa, with great taste. There are three phenos a pinkish/green pheno which is a relaxed, clear energetic buzz, with a small amount of body. Then there is a dark purple pheno that has more body but still has a very clear happy euphoric buzz. Then there is the green pheno that is a straight shot to the moon, this pheno for me was more pyschodelic, its something else, you dont need a lot to get were you want to go for any of the phenos but especially the green one.

I was wondering what the occurrence of the colored phenos are in KF? Is the purple about50/50 or harder to get than that?

I prefer Chernobyl over Killing Fields. Chernobyl is made by TGA Subcool. KF is Sannies.
To me personally Chernobyl is just better. It's got medicinal properties and helps tremendously with my back and wrist pain. The citrus taste makes me smile. You can't compare the two. I read a report on Chernobyl over the weekend and the OP was extremely happy with his results.
TGA Subcool Third Dimension also knocks Killing Fields out of the park on taste.

Id like to order another subcool strain, actually a few more...
like the deep purple or JTR,.. actually about 5 or 6 more, but havent been able to get a tude order through.

Trying to decide what i should really order, only other place i really trust to order from( based on word of mouth) is sannies..
I have 2 chernobyl already thankfully, hopefully one will be a fem, and can only get one pack from sannie. Definitely want to make the right choice. if the KF and chernobyl are kinda similiar but KF cant compare really, wondering if i should just get sannies jack instead.... or a different strain at sannies

the third dimension,

i just cut mine down after 8 weeks, this plant can finish in 50 days on the indica doms, the more sativa dominant strains go 60, and it tastes like Cindy99+++, super tropical smell like pineapples or apples. really sweet stuff. the high is really strong, indica is what messed me up the most, reminded me of vortex a little, strong head high and good body high.

either 3d or vortex, Pandora's box or agent orange. all of these are sick, my only issue with his urkel crosses are that the urkel slows down the growth of the strain so you have to veg them for like 8 weeks.

Im growing the standard F3 KF, got 8/10 females, 3-4 of them are purple, not hard at all to find a purple, from what ive read might even be the most common pheno.

sannies jack from what i've read is supposed to be the most consistent jack herer in seed form, when it comes to quality you can't go wrong with sannie.

Ive never had pure jack, but had and am doing again now the emerald jack and loved it.. it looked a lot like his jack pics. Having a really hard time deciding between the two and which i should get.. i really want a good purple strain.... but that jack would be nice too

I'm a fan of sannies genetics, he really does have the truth. His Extrema, Sugar Punch and Esko's Chocolate Rain are also winners. I have yet to sample or make a run with any of TGA's selections. I have had his JTR, Vortex, and Chernoybl on my radar for sometime now. Out of those three which one is the most potent? And which one yields the best? Also Hemp Depot has the best deals on his gear, there reliable too.

Id like to get his chocolate rain as well, but im worried about it losing something the chocolope had being mixed with a kush.
I really want to try about half of sannies gear, especially the sugar punch, jack, shackzilla, extrema, and maybe that chocolate mix and/or choc rain

From what ive read the JTR kicks alls ass and can be to much, and the chernobyl has JTR in it but isnt as intense.
