Has Anyone Heard of White Ice?

Hey guys,

We recently purchased 5 seeds of a strain called White Ice from White Label Seeds. We ordered them from Attitude seeds (which is an awesome company, got 5 Thai Super Skunk seeds and a Gigabud seed for Free!!!) The seeds were mad expensive though, the whole thing was about 65 bucks. Anyways we're growing this strain because it looks sick as shit.

But has no one heard of this strain!? There are like, No facts on this bud except whats on this website. Does anyone know anything about this bud? Can someone give us a smoke report?

I have. I grew 3. They finished in 9 weeks for me. They were pretty disappointing. I think it was maybe 2 .5 ounces off the 3 total. Pretty small buds. This was the first plant I used Sweet Leaf with and there was a definite sweet smell after curing. The smoke is pretty decent. Fair amount of crystal, but doesn't really live up to the name.
I wouldn't grow them ever again, there are far better strains out there, but unless you try shit for yourself, you aren't gonna find a good one that you like.

How did you grow yours? We're doing a DWC SCROG.

nice man i got the same exact seeds from the same place only they gave me 20 free skunk x haze seeds. femenized. i bought violator kush, white ice, g13 x haze, skunk x haze and super skunk. i cant wait to see what the white ice comes out like.
that company kicks ass. not only did they have every god damd strain there is , they got me my seeds within a week and 43 out of 45 germinated within a week. im super happy with them. im gonna order from them the next time also. i liked the way you could scroll through any seed bank you wanted . they had everything

Rudiger did you spend 9 weeks flowering your plants or 8 weeks veg and then 1 week flowering??

Hmm... But this wasn't in DWC right? Could it be possible you flowered or vegged for too long??? Maybe? Well in any case we're doing 5 weeks veg and 4-5 weeks flowering, all in a stealth hydro system. We'll let you know how it turns out.

I did a straight soil grow. I vegged for 8 weeks because I wanted big tall plants that were sexually mature when they were flowered. You doing a scrog, and don't need to veg for very long.
Your doing hydro. Plants go faster in hydro. But I really don't see how your going to get these or any plants to finish in 4-5 weeks flowering.

they will never be done in 4-5 weeks flowering. i believe its a 7-8 week finisher if im not mistaken. nothing will ever finish in 4-5 weeks.

Well then it looks like we're doing a 5 week veg and 7 week flower Scrog in hydro. Sound good??

I don't know much about scrog, but isn't the purpose to have a lot of small plants cramped together and just taking the tops? I mean, why are you vegging for so long if that is what your after?

thats a little more realistic. just dont set an exact date to harvest. let the plant tell you when shes ready. you might get a pheno that finishes in 7 weeks, or you might one that finishes in 10 weeks. the only way to tell is to grow her out. once you get a plant you like, make her a mom, and clone off her. gl

So we have been vegging for 4 weeks and 4 days and the plants are pretty massive already under that screen. We just entered flowering stage today. Check out new pics of the scrog.:leaf::leaf::leaf:

By the way, can we get a smoke report of White Ice here??

very cool with the screen and all. i grew some plants that i topped and supercropped. the fact that i cropped them caused the lower branches to shoot up real fast and even up . it looked kinda like scrog with out the screen...here check em. if i were to try a scrog what would the difference from these pictures be? would it make any difference in the amount harvested dry?
like is the point that you end up with the branches growing across the screen causing like a million smaller buds to grow? obviously you dont end up with large colas right? i noticed last grow when i tied down my branches to fill up the stems, it ended up growing branches off the branches, and the only thing i was dissapointed by was that the buds werent as large as id hoped theyd be,,,,but they werre the bomb none the less....instead of 14 large fist thick buds on branches, i got 100 smaller buds

so when you go with the scrog, do you topp or crop the plants? or is that usless with this method?
