Clearly a letter Drex and CKNW would have had their lawyers address. It is a matter of free speech. Drex has the right to say anything he wants about medical marijuana dispensaries and can even suggest which ones he prefers if he is in the know. He's a talk show host.Talking about a business, and even encouraging listeners to check them out is not advertising. If there was no money exchanged in return for the publicity, it is just 'one man's opinion'. The fact that Vancouver is licensing and regulating dispensaries further complicates the matter. HC and raunchy Rona were just playing games.

Not quite accurate, Hippy. She's done all the damage she can do to Canadians in general and mmj users in particular, but she is now in charge of completing the destruction of the CON party. That's the kind of damage we can live with...
