has any valid card holders been charged that were completely legal in mi?!?!

Plenty of legal growers have been busted, taken to court and released. If you would like to take that route start telling everyone how cool it is that you have a MMJ card and can grow now, and you can see how it pans out.

Charged.. Yes, charged by attorneys. You might be legal and within limits but they will still cuff and stuff you and make you fight it in court.

They are making it pretty easy to get around your green card. If you are .5 over you are immediately a felon and can not use the MMP as a defence in court. Any little mistake on your part and you are fucked. Believe it.

Well what I am saying is have common sense, and you shouldn't have to worry about following the law to the exact word.

I follow the laws, to the best of my knowledge and if I am unsure I will research it first then make my decision. The majority of the people busted are basically in one of two categories, doing illegal activities or got a card ran his/her mouth to everyone thought he was following the laws until he is harassed and then finds out how illegal he really is.

yea i hear you, gotta stay safe and legit. i asked the questoin only because i have people arguing my face off that people are being charged that are growing legally.
