Got like 20 in flowers some are more ahead than others. but the ones in the lognest some parts look ready... with lots of browned hairs... the other parts on the sides are still white!

i do rotate the plants every few hours...

but is it OK to trim some buds off and start the drying? and let the white hairs stay and riped?

or shuld i wait til its all done?

i mean will it shock the plants cutting pieces off all over its areas...?

anyone?

Id love to know the same thing. I have a couple tall plants that Id like to let the bottoms fill out after I harvest the tops

I've done it with no probs.. I've taken all the big colas off a plant, then let the rest go another two weeks.. Didn't seem like the plant even noticed.

I like to do it if I'm getting low on stash. Just harvest a bit to get the drying/curing process started so I don't have to wait for everything.

People forget it's a weed. What happens when you mow your lawn? Does it get shocked and stop growing? haha :D

Good luck

weird thing ism even the bud itself has part sthat are ripe and parts white as snow... so even per bud there a difference from one side to the other! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

all the commercials do it , simply take off the top colas when ready , then cut it down to the bottom colas to increase there light intake

not whether its a weed or not but the fact that you dont have to baby it. it has to endure outdoor weather in its natural environment. colas get heavy and fall over, breaking the stem, and its been that way for hundreds of years. im sure cutting the top colas off wont hurt a bit. its just another green plant. it just so happens there are millions of us who are nuts about it. :)

You can do it no probs... I use this method on every grow and it works a treat, there is no need to cut a whole plant if only the top colas are ready. Take of the buds that are ripe so to speak and leave the rest to ripen.

Good luck.

i flush and then take the top colas as you would normally... It only takes another week or 2 until the rest of the plant is ready.
