Harvesting Girl Scout Cookies

It was a clone, not a seed. I'm not sure its exact origin as there are a few versions of this floating around. It came via friend of a friend. The other genetics I have from him match their profiles so I trust it to be what its supposed to be. Girl Scout Cookies is popular and now I know why. It really is a great plant with great qualities.
The plant was green until the last two weeks. Then it swelled and took on the dark color. The leaves were very strong and leathery with dark red stems. The plant branches were all green. A very funky plant. I had a lot of fun growing it. And I'll have just as much making it vanish.

I'll look for pics that show more of the plant. Not sure what other pics I have for this one. I'm not a stems and leaves kinda guy. :)

That looks beautiful! In my experience GSC is one of the densest strains i've come across. Straight concrete when its dry

So here's the deal on The Cookies...

After going around Denver a few times with other people, not just myself, I'm going to say that "the forum cut" is what we will eventually know this strain to be.
"Girl Scout Cookies" is the generic name and can mean a few things, but "the forum cut" is what we're seeing here in Denver.
There are so many varieties and crosses being made but "the forum cut" is starting to look much more consistent here in Denver.
I think the hydroponic version that I produced is better tasting than the soil versions I tried. Both soil and hydro have similar highs but there's no comparison to how bright and full bodied the hydroponic flower is.
"The forum cut" does well in a hydroponic system. I recommend hydro for this variety. I did not experience any negative issues. Roots were bright white, no rot or problems. It loved it in there.
