harvest time? Black trichomes White pistils

I have had a couple plants turn out with black trikes from misting when it was hot and leaving them under the lights before they were dry. It turned about half the trikes deepDEEP red, almost totally black. Probably would have looked black under slightly less light.

I've think I know whT your talking about they kind of look like trich's but more just a round black top and you really don't see the stem if this sounds like what your talking about its mold spores from botrytis I'll try an post pic if I can

Ooooooh in that case I've seen blue trichs...from mold just starting to form, see it a lot on humid brick weed....lol black trichs

Ah well It may be a long time later but I did figure out what was going on once everything was harvested.

They weren't black once I got them out of the grow room they looked more brown, but I do think the trichomes were just starting to degrade slightly as once I could see them properly the "black" ones did look a bit shrivelled. I would put it down to stress, it must of caused early degrading of the trichomes.

It smoked well had a nice high to it but wasn't massively strong.
Got 8 oz off that one.
