Are these milky? Going crazy looking at pics.

I am doing a fox farm soil grow. Mars led 1000 light, gorilla lite 2.5x2 tent. Gorilla glue seed from ILGM. 1st time grow. Had ph issues early, the run off was 5.0 for some reason but flushed before flowering and the plant is just shorter overall. 22 inches at high points. Any pointers or recommendations are appreciated. Been watching and reading a lot. Oh and do fox farm nutes. The big 3 and the 3 ones for flowering. Just been doing water last 3 days with bembe.

Once I cut the light back to 12/12 I count that as day 1... Never had a strain go less than 56 days and I prob had 40 different strains in my life.... I also flush in straight water for 7 days...

Just seeing you're pics now and they probably do look done or very close to it... You said you have been flushing for 3 days correct?? I would flush with straight water for another 5-6 days, since most strains usually go to around 60 days.

just keep flushing. i always start the flush once the trichomes are mostly milky. highest point of thc. at the end off flush you should have all milk with around 20 to 30% amber but even if you dont get much amber youll still have a high THC just less of the couch lock that knocks you out.

That plant can go 9 weeks .... you are digging into the final bulking weeks if you start flushing.

So called 8 week strains are BETTER after breeder estimates. Breeder harvest times are lies. That plant will harden off with the extra time.
I flush at 8 on most indicas for 2 weeks. 1st week. light dosing weeding the plants down with black strap added. 2nd week nothing but water. But you can also just do a top harvest and allow the lower nugs to finish. But agreed the estimated times are lies. Go off trichs. If your trichs get too much amber. The buds will start breaking them down into a different CBD. And start losing thc potency. If your top nugs are solid and ready cut em off and allow the fluffier bottoms to continue.

Hey everyone thank you so much... I started the 12/12 on June 10th. I thought it was too early too but noticed on the digital microscope things are looking milky that’s why I made the post as I thought it was too early. I just flushed the plant with sledgehammer yesterday to help flush. I was at 1100 ppm yesterday in my runoff so I don’t want to harvest till that is much lower right?? I will continue to water and update you guys in a couple days. I’ve only noticed maybe a couple Amber things but not near 30% I would love to get it at the most thc. Thank you again for taking a look.

Ok I will smoke a bottom nug, how do you dry it so it's not crappy?
I use the wife's hair dryer with a bag attachment thats supposed to go on your head and put the bud inside the bag.In the past I've used a microwave but that doesnt work as well.

Also I would recommend reading up on flushing and why it's not necessary. Products like sledgehammer and final flush just make the nutrient company money and dont do anything to help your plants.

If you want it dry in like 20 mins, you cut it to small pieces. Boil water in a pot that can fit a plate on top of it. After the water starts boiling, put the plate on it, turn the heat way down so that it just barely boils with the plate on it. Problem is that some of the resin will stick to the plate, but you can revoer most by rubbing a piece of bud on it. Resin is really oily on the hot plate and will be easy to scrape off. But its not too much that gets left there. Also if you plan to mix it with tobacco you can put some tobacco between buds and plate to not have trichomes stuck on the plate.

If you want dry over night, you hack it to small and leave on a table, its dry in the morning. If you can put it near some grow roon output vent or something which will fasten the drying, then you can leave the bud bits a bit bigger. But dont dry with too strong air current(like hair dryers) or have the buds directly in front of vent, but have them on some deep plate next to it where the air current does not directly blow in the cup, but on top of it or besides it, because that would blow off some of the trichomes.

Its better the slower you dry it, but this hot plate drying thing is not too bad either, i dried tons like that. Also if you got a bit more time and the plate is very thin, you could maybe just put boiling water on some container and the plate on it and not have to keep boiling the water.

See I did read in flushing, it seems people are divided. I flushed the plant when I had a pH issue early on and didn't use sledgehammer and then I did later on with sledgehammer... It made the flush a lot easier and the water flowed so much better with it than without. A lot of people say the bud is much harsher when you don't flush and with this being my first grow I didn't want to risk. Next one I am gonna do 2 plants, and do flush with one and not the other to really see what's up.

Yea flushing will always be a never ending debate. I've done it both ways and the end result is the same as long as it's dried and cured properly.

Check out Migro youtube channel. The video is called does flushing work? Is flushing a myth. Shane interviews 2 scientists who ran a study on the topic.

I do believe that flushing works I don't believe you have to buy any special products water works fine. If you're talking about no-till gardening total Organics I've heard that a flush is unnecessary and I kind of believe that because I don't think you can ever really flush out everything in time. But if you're using bottles of nutrients which I like to refer to as chemical Organics not true Organics I can assure you that flushing out will leave you with a much better taste and finish sometimes if you don't flush the bud will even crack and pop when you smoke it depending on how bad the residues are. There's no question you could Harvest that plant if you wanted to. But it is a little young you want to wait till they're not just milky but still some of them have a little color. A little Amber. The flavor profile will get better if you let it age up a little usually and also the high will change. If you harvest a plant early and smoke it and then let it go for another say 10 to 14 days and then smoke that you'll not only notice a difference in the flavor being more refined but the high as well. Considering that everybody's taste so different I couldn't tell you which one you like better but I could take a guess that it would be the ladder letting it go further gardening

And just to be clear it won't always crack and pop but it can. You can grow a wonderful plan but if you don't flush it and cure it properly it's not going to be anything special.

Thanks I wanted to wait till about 10-20% Amber... I want this thing to be the best it can. I've done fox farm for nutrients but am gonna do just water for next Few days till harvest. What ppm should the runoff be to be considered good to harvest?
