Harvest question

Is there any reason a person should hang dry on the stalk as opposed to removing the buds and placing them on a dry rack? does the stalk drain anything into the buds and improve the flav or smell?

very much so, leave it on the stalk, the difference between when u see the stalks drying as apposed to the drying rack is that the main stalks and largeer buds are keep on stalks because they will increase in thc content, the small popcorn like buds are usually put on a drying rack as they will finish drying alot faster because they are not as dense/potent, they would probably increase in thc content aswell if u left them on but not a noticable amount, also the drying rack will take time off the total drying time, the stalk still has all the moisture in it and its going to be putting that into the buds untill its all gone
