Harvest now or wait?

That third pic has bud rot. Pull it ASAP and cut it ALL out. It will spread while curing! That second pic could go maybe a week more but if it’s around the one with bud rot, just chop it. That shit spreads fast and is devastating

looks like you better pull it unless you can tweezer the but rot parts out and trimthe rot on top, but it spreads like wild fire

Sometimes you can just chop part of the bud off with the rot and let the rest finish, but depends on how bad it is. But yeah, it spreads fuckin fast

I like to harvest when new pistil growth has mostly stopped.
The trichomes on the calyx are equally clear and cloudy with hints of amber.
It looks to me like you're there.
