I usually listen to at at least one whole bad brains album a day haha, my alltime favorite band for sure, misfits are great too, rancid is alright

weed culture tends to clash with the "gutterpunk image/values/lifestyle" -being stoned makes you less prone to fight, getting the munchies sucks when you live on the street and have no food or money. Sorry I'm baked and rambling. I grew up punk and even though I'm well into "adulthood"-37 is just a number-I'm more hardcore than ever (in my mind at least-I think)

damn... another punk thread with some killer bands on it again.. nice.. i love the dude who listens to bad brains everyday.. i have seen them twice live.. what a fucking show.. fugazi maybe like five times or so..used to love quicksand, burn, youth of today, gorilla biscuits, shelter, cro-mags, sick of it all... is there a better hardcore album then sick of it alls first lp? with clobberin time, we stand alone and the rest... that album is killer...they were incredible live... used to have their whole crew with them and just wreck shit.. saw nirvana live in this small ass club too.. L7.. the misfits, without glenn though.. shudder to think.. the rollins band.. henrys spoken word shit is also great. black flag, minor threat.. the list goes on and one.. good times, good times and lots of great memories from a mispent youth....
