Hard,Dry,Frosty, Buds Problem

I have had this problem with two plants, so far always on the top bud n its always 1 bud thats hard n dryed out as if it was spoil... i could put pics out , but i dont think you will see a difference because it has ice on it, it's just hard & dry so you would have to feel it to see what i'm talkin bout. I have just cut dat lil bud out of the top it doesn't seem like it effects the whole plant. After i chop down the plant dry & cure it i have found no mold or any other problems.

My question is what is it mold, etc is it good to keep it on there or what

Yea somehow get some pics of something posted here. you will be surprised at what some of the people here can determine from a pic.
My bets it is mold as not sure what else it could be.
Whats your humidity usually at?

More water?
If I had dry fruit or Veg growing I would water more.. just a guess w/o pics

Could also be heat stress... if too close to the light you can definitely burn the top of the bud and it will seem "dead" compared to the rest. (Because it is, I suppose.)

But, I mean... hard, dry, and frosty are NOT problems by most standards. Those are things people strive for in a grow. Well, maybe not dry. Hard and frosty are good. haha. Definitely get some pics up for better reference. It almost sounds like you're mis-interpretting ripening as a bad thing... but I imagine it's more likely heat burn, since you said it's dry. If it's REALLY dry, like a bud that's been cut and dried, it's got to be dead.
