Happy Winter Solstice!

The shortest/longest day of the year (depending on which hemisphere you're in).

Some of the oldest spirituality has revered both summer and winter solstice as important days that actually have some cosmological importance.
I'm just happy the days get longer from this point. ;)

The shortest day of the year, is my day. A tribute to all people under 5'3"

Seriously though, as far as 'spirituality', quite the opposite, very pagan (that which is contrary to holly scripture)

And yes, the days are getting longer now (I just wish I was I could get taller)

I knew it was a pagan holiday that was 'subsumed' by christianity w/ Christmas and why I said spiritual instead. ;)
While christianity is spiritual, IMHO, it is not the only spiritual path.

I don't think either of them is going to help grow taller but I'm glad you have claimed it as your day and I hope you had an exemplary one! :D
