Happy Frog Soil Question

So im new to the soil field of growing. I started with hydro and got my understandings off that. But im trying soil this run and picked up some Happy Frog soil at the local hydro shop. Can anyone tell me anything about this stuff? It says its PH'd but idk what too. I dont know if i feed it tap water or RO. Ima pickup a PH scale for soil today, but until then id like to try n get some water in the dirt. Just dont wanna flood the PH. Thanks!

Just put your ph at 6.2-6.7 and you will be fine. We just picked up some for our grow. The guy at the hydro store said it was flooded with perlite and it drains fast. I like that myself and don't mind watering more.
