Keep drinking alcohol. Sounds like you were drunk when you smoked, and you got 3 weeks? In 3 weeks I wouldn't be worried about it one single bit... but if your PO is a douchebag, I wouldn't smoke again but once more in the next week until after that piss test in three weeks.
