hand watering with rockwool and oorganic soiless

If i was to fill my pots with the small rockwool cubes and watered would I use a Hydroponic mix ferts or would I just use regular furts 7-7-6 etc.. Does rockwood require I hand waster with a hydro solution?

If I am going to hand water would it be best to use a fox farm organic soiless mix and if I do would I need to use chem ferts organic ferts or hydroponic ferts? or any ferts at all.. I dont want to buy a organic with ferts in it because I want to judge my own plants..

If I did get a organic with ferts build into it woudl I need any other ferts..

I am looking for the best hand watering methold and now I am using MG and I dont like it, and after this grow I want to use rockwool or organic mix from foxfarm what would you recomend and I am confused on the type of ferts to use, I have MG ferts 8-7-6 and would that be ok for the organic mix and how about the rockwool//

You get the idea of my question.

I want a fox farm organic mix without nutes and I want to add nutes myself, what is a less expencive nutes to use for organic soil ? organic Ferts? or chem fertz low cost ones. Let me know..

And if I use rock wool what hydroponic fertz shoudl I be using..
