Tell us more about your setup. What light. How close. How often do you feed. And how much. Things like that.

Look at the algae, seedling kept too wet. Let it dry out before watering, and water less so that this occurs every 2 or 3 days.
Don't use any nutes yet.
im using coco/perlite 50/50 i dont think its overwater
algae shouldent harm the plant?
im using led 200W out of 11 only this one has problems

listen to those who know ^
feel a brand new pot with new dry soil, now water it with 1/4th the volume of the container, no nutrients. feel the weight?
repeat only when the container is light again, before the plant wilts. if you water more than this you are over watering. The symptoms would be algae(yes, harmful) fungus gnats, rotten roots, oxygen deprivation in the root zone, leaf discolorations, lock outs,
plant death. water less. download a free grow bible, they all cover this in the first chapter often.
good luck

Water that one at least less often. Raise the pots so they are not sat in run off. Sometimes you get a plant which lags behind and then you keep watering it with the rest, you get root problems. At this stage its easy to overwater even in coco. They will grow better by allowing them to dry out considerably in seedling stage. Later when they are big and root zone has filled out you can then go crazy with watering if you like. But early days you only have minimal roots and the coco stays wet too long, thus the oxygen is depleted and root problems occur. I like to use h2o2 on seedlings that are lagging behind, that will provide extra oxygen and allow the plants roots to grow healthy. Anything that's good for roots in small doses is useful too, rhyzotonic or simple kelp, as long as its not full of nutrients.
Seedlings that size I can water every 5 days In coco.
