Half gallon bubble bucket grow. Bubble bomb and Blue Dream.

just a couple bags seeds i found in some zips i got a while back. finally popping them.
just waiting for them to peak through the rock wool and ill show u guys my set up. Wish me luck and toke on people

would like to see the setup! how come your only using half gallon pots?

i actually think its mango kush not blue dream...well see what it comes out as...im gonna go make a trip to the local Harvest Moon for some last minute supplys then ill give you guys all the details and pics and stuff...thanks for stoppin by!

but i agree with you, blue dream is my favorite strain as well...theres nothing with that smell or taste its so unique...amazing high too. making me want some haha

alright so ive finally conjured up the energy to actually grab the camera and snap some pics of the setup...
so here they are, still seedlings obv but you guys can see what im workin with...only 4 cfls for now and the last pic is a fixture i made that im gonna add to those 4 when they need a little more light.

First of all... <3 the setup. That's prolly the nicest cardboard box I've seen(seriously!) If you're rocking out the CFLz you may wanna consider moving them closer. Your seedlings will stretch and lay over if they're too far away. Also another thing that will save you headaches with water temps later---> COVER UP YOUR ROCKWOOL You can use nything as long as it's lightproof or dark in color. If you have enough of your reflective material left perhaps you could just cut a couple circles and use it to wrap around the base of your seedlings This will help prevent high water temps, which can cause algae/root rot/ph imbalances/etc and also keeps your rockwool nice and unlit so mold/algae wont grow on top of/around it. Just some tips for ya....other than that they look good and nice job on the CFL fixture Nice little veg pad you got goin. Subd and +rep for the avatar

thanks man i built this this a few years ago and its seen better days since i had to chop it in half to transport it :/ but its still pretty funtional...as for the tips i really appreciate that ill have to find somethin to cover them with...and im glad you like it thanks a lot man

i still dont have roots in the water yet...hopefully next few days theyll make theyre way through the baskets then ill see significant growth...
been a while since ive done this i forgot how much patience it requires lol

Looking good put I can't help but think that 1/2 gallon is way too small and your water chemistry is going to be way out of wack when they mature.

i guess well find out...im not trying to grow monsters...just another experiment...
i mean ive done 16oz party cup grows so i dont see why 1/2g would b too small...

Mango Kush root came out of the basket last night...
hopefully the bubble bomb with catch up i want them to stay similar in size...
i plan to top them multiple times, or maybe ill FIM them and tie them down, havent decided yet

I love mango kush. Unfortunately min got infected with TMV so I had to scrap everything and haven't been able to find the genetics again.

Fucking TMV was a god damn nightmare!! Not catastrophic or anything but definitely reduced yields and took 2 days of scrubbing and disinfecting to get rid of. My whole house smelled like bleach and ammonia for two weeks.

sick set up check min out give me any tips since you're ahead of me i got a superwreck in root riot right now on 18/6 just sprouted a couple days ago......

Lol that sucks man...but yeah its an awesome strain, a friend of a buddy of mine who wanted to remain un-named was growing it last year and he found 1 seed in a total of probly on ounce he bought from him n he gave it to me...so hopefully its a girl >.<

Alright so they are 2 weeks old today...
The Mango Kush (left) is doing really well and as you can see wayy ahead of the bubble bomb...
Still no roots showing out of the bubble bomb net pot, not sure why but it seems healthy so im not too worried...yet..
