So these two clones are a few weeks from rooting and they are doing good I believe, but they are beginning to become hairy at the tops of the plant. I dont know if this is a problem because they are growing new leaves every day, are one 18/6 light cycle (temp 70's F), and have been getting veg nutes. Also from this point when do you guys think I should switch to flowering (12/12). I am guessing not too soon but any "good" advice will be appreciated thanks.

Were the clones cut during flower?

If not, could be super hairy preflowering type. we got a couple like that, they were clones taken from veg plants and they are hairy as fuk with pistils

was it a clone from an autoflowering strain? i have heard of clones of autoflowering strains that will flower the same time as the mother plant.

You need to give it 18/6 and see what happens. If its and auto flower strain, it will continue flowering. if not, it will revert to veg

Clones were cut during first couple days of preflower, they reverted back to veg but then I dunno.....

Which brings me to this question which in this case the mother of these clones did flower at a peculiar time....and early too!

It is on 18/6, gunna put these clones on 24/0 for a couple weeks once I can get them in a new home......there mama is in thier "to be" home at the moment and is 3 days til harvest!

(BTW THANKS GUYS FOR ALL THOSE POST I APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP)
