Had my card in Cali.....

So heres the Q! I had my card in Cali but didnt renew it due to my life at that point. I moved here a while after but I am wondering if this could possibly help me get my card here? Thanks for any help!

no all your doctor records have to be from oregon and have to follow what it requires to obtain a card. it takes 3 doctors visits and all have to be at least 30 days apart, and the records have to be no older then 3 years old
