Hello,

I have searched and read many different answers & still unsure.

How much 35% h202 should one use?
What is the correct way to use it?
Should it be mixed into water first before adding nutes?
I also read some people add it daily with much success?

Added after nutes are mixed, 5ml per gallon. Re-dose every 2-3 days as needed.

With 5ml or less? Don't have to dilute the 35% down before mixing?

Okay.

Measure out 50 ml of your peroxide.

Dilute to 500 ml using RO water.

Insert two (2) manganese dioxide suppositories in the usual manner.

Perform dilute peroxide enema.

Feel the power when your colon inflates with 100% oxygen.

Contraindicated in those who have consumed pickled eggs or cruciferous vegies

No you can just stir it into your reservoir . No dilluting is necessary. And yes, 3-5ml per gallon.

For my system I had to add h202 daily to prevent things from growing. If I left it more than 2 days the res would start to muck up. I am not able to control res temp in my closet. I was buying it from the hydro store and it ain't cheap. I stopped 2 weeks ago because I would have used 3 bottles on a single grow and that is silly expensive. Hydroguard did not work for me either. I probably could have made the bottles last longer but I got real tired of having issues and was kinda just pouring it in. You would have to add a lot to cause problems.

i plan to use it very soon and i find the 3ml/gal of 35 % are a bit high

heres what i found on growth tech site, for Oxyplus 50 % h2o2

Maximum dose: 1ml of Oxyplus per 5 litres of nutrient solution will give 100ppm of hydrogen peroxide, and this is the maximum dose you can give without damaging the roots. This is the sort of dose that you should use if there is a disease in the roots.

Preventative dose: 1ml of Oxyplus for each 10 litres of nutrient solution. This will give 50ppm of hydrogen peroxide which will help prevent disease and keep the nutrient solution oxygenated.

Sterilizing the system between crops: 1ml of Oxyplus per 1 litre of water. Allow 2 hours for this, and then rinse thoroughly with water.
