Whats Up RIU!! well i want to share my grow with everyone. i have a few posts to get everyone up to date. first post is from pics on the 20th, pics are labeled, and I have some more from today.

I have a 1 cubic foot PC case i mounted a 100w 4k CMH in. it produces about 9000 lumens. the ballast is in the case as well on the bottom left under the main exhaust. i have 3 exhaust fans, and temps run around 86f. i have a few tweaks i am working on to get temps down a couple degrees, but i am happy for now.

i have 2 bagseed. 1 is in a 16 oz pot for the party cup comp, and the other is in a 2 quart gladlock container with some black material to block light from the roots. i will post up some more pics of the case and shit later. the little one is 12 days old, and the 16oz pot is 15 days old.
oh, the straws are for airation, just something i wanted to try. cant hurt!
and the one in the 16oz started growing with a dark purple stem!!! hopefully this is a good trait, because they have never had extreme temps, + or -. let me know what yall think, enough rambling!

Here is some pics from tonight folks! enjoy. 16 oz party cup got first mld dose of fish emulsions, and tomorrow the 2 qt will too. then i will make it rain!!!!:hump: its nice to have a stable environment, regardless of the size, i have time to enjoy the grow and shit. let me know what yall think.

Looking good! Props on getting the light and ballast in there, and still having manageable temps. When do you typically start training? I got 2 sativa seedlings working on their second set of leaves now, gonna have to train like I'm running one.

Also, I read that you made some form of a thermoelectric cooler, based on some overpriced 200btu model - did you ever do a post on that?

thanks for stopping by and the props. i start training young. i like to pull em over towards the edge first and then rotate it around the pot. i will let these 2 stretch out a little more before I bend some more. not enough node spacing yet. the peltier did not cool enough air for a continuous operation system. i didnt post on it. i said i would, stoner lazy i guess. i would like to revisit to play cause i do think it has some use, but I just dont have the time.

yeah man, temps between 82 and 86! ballast and HID inside case. gonna tweak it a bit shortly, should drop 1-2 degrees. i am happy now so i am planning my next step out.

Well done gumball ;) I look forward to watching this grow. Just wondering how come you are using bagseed? I mean how do you know they are'nt some mental sativa that will go out of control, I suppose you will have to wait and see lol

Anyway +rep for being creative and succseding In trying something new, I love watching v12's pc case but now even beter as I now have two to watch :)

Glad ya made it tamjam!! Ya know I don't like to grow bagseed. But I don't have the money to order real seeds! I'm not worried bout a sativa, I think I could tame it. My worries are worse, MALES!! I will order soon. I also have to make my wife comfortable about it. And as all us men know, it takes time to make our women feel comfortable about certain things! :wink:

100_0940.jpgAlright so here is the newborn. And this is My veg box. Its A single Plant Veg box I keep the CFL's 1 inch away I have noticed the higher the CFL's the more the plant will stretch. this plant is only a Half Inch tall. With the CFL's a inch away from it. 2 27 watt 5000k.

That temp could come down a little. I just grew some Master Kush is that what yours is?
You should start a journal for your grow.

I plan to start a journal. And no its just some simple bagseed just getting the feel of indoor growing and testing out my veg box for this Blue Cheese and Rocklock I have. And as for the temps Its hard to keep them low it will drop to 77 tonight but in the daytime usually 80.

There u r again! Thanks man, but it looks a little yellow today after feeding. The one in the big pot is getting greener actually. I need to watch my party cup.
