You got me feeling like chucking some pollen next time I'm out. Wasn't going to play around too much because of the rough start with weather has me being already with growth and need to conserve all the bud I got but I'll be choosing some bottom branches to brush.

That's what I'm learning. I used all of my stock this year including the gifts I got from thumper. Shit I think I started like 50 seeds and have only like a dozen females now left.

Sprayed BT this morning. Ordering some Serenade today. Have Sea Grow 25# bag coming in Wednesday.

I started around 300 ended up with19 females. Most of my losses were from birds and rabbits and Roundup in the infant stage. But after the dust settled of the 23 or so that made it I only had a few males.

That is not a bad ratio. I started over 50 seeds a couple of times. Grasshoppers thinned my ranks pretty good, but the late start kept the deer loses to a minimum. Not sure how many females I have. Will have to make the rounds soon.
Last year I hit a couple of my strains real heavy, so I have plenty of those seeds to last me for a long time. Lots of CP1 Squared and CP1 X Slo2. Also hit the BST's hard too. Maybe a cup of Peach seeds, and almost that many Rotten Stinking Bastard. Will have to see how they grow out to see if I will work with them in the future. Had worm and bud rot problems with both mothers last year.

My late start put me in prime grasshopper season. I lost a couple of trays of sprouts to them in one night. My male ratio is about average I guess. I killed two each of Hurricane Head, B&S X CP1 and Heart Holiday2 {can't say that 2 initial name. Damn you google} and one Ass Cheese. So far only used a little of the HH pollen on another HH. My plans got displaced when my patch got found. At this point I'm just trying to get my harvest in the barn and me not behind bars.
Edit: also killed a Triangle Kush Cookies X Nightcap X Sinmint X Shit/Skunk male. I did use that on most of the other sh/sk crosses. And a Blue Shiva X Blue Shark. It was kind of runty, but I used it on another runt. Maybe I can start a strain for folks who have to grow behind low fences. lol

Middler are you still tying your ladies down? Seems like they are spacing themselves out? I trained mine as babies but wondering if more tie down will help?

One way of getting around it would be to bury the pots but that prob is something u don't want to do as it stands for your own reasons.
Thanks for the ego lift mate out season is almost ready to rock n roll no pots for me this year ive dug a 400 gallon soil filled trench for 2 plants....hope I don't fuck tjis up lol
