Guerilla Grow in Danger…Land Being Sold!!! Any Ideas or Advice Por Favor

I am not sure if there is any other answer besides the obvious, but I really could use some advice, or maybe just some input...

I found a rural area of farm land not used in maybe 15 years, very low traffic, off of a road where some folks pick ramps & other wild flowers (not suspicious for vehicles on road side). Anyway this was first guerilla grow and looked to be going in great direction...

1 Dinafem Fruit Auto (2-3 weeks from harvest)
2 LowLife AK47 Autos (40 days old)
1 DinaFem Cheese (maybe 1.5 ft vegging)
1 Dinafem Diesel (maybe 1.5 ft vegging)
1 Dinafem Super Silver Haze (maybe 1.5 ft vegging)

:cuss:JUST FOUND OUT THE LAND IS BEING SOLD AND WILL BE SURVEYED SOON (WORD THRU GRAPE VINE):fire:

Should I sweat out the Fruit Auto and harvest in week or two? or just chalk-up and pick now…
What would you do about the rest of the harvest, this is so horrible… Has anybody ran into similar problem, please help would like to think there is a better solution then scrapping whole endeavor???? Thanks

Sorry I should have been more clear, I guess but I am right in the middle of grow here and this is tragic… Please Help or at least tell a story of your own pure disaster.

I would probably move my plants. I almost ran into an identical situation not too long ago.

Yeah you're either going to have to move them or hold your breath. Are they near the property lines? Surveyors won't be searching the property. They will be looking for the corner markers.

I was thinking of moving the ones that are small enough, but wasn't sure how much damage or stress it would put the "Ladies" under…
Thanks Kaendar

They aren't near the property line, so that is a small relief, I wasn't aware that they only look at the corner markers! Thanks cindysid

Do you happen to know about how long the survey/buying process would take? (will give me a better idea of how quick to move)

I would ask myself these questions:

Will the surveyors find it? ( probably not if you are not close to a property line ).
When will this property actually change hands?
What will the new buyers do with this property? Is it an investment? Are they planning to develop the property?

If it were me, I'd be collecting as much info as possible before I do anything drastic.

With the way the economy is right now I wouldnt count on anything coming of this any sooner than 6 months. Unless for some reason this property will appeal to someone with a special interest. IE near a ski resort, on top of a oil deposit etc..... I would contact the seller and fake interest in the place and try to get some useful info out of them.... Tell them you are interested but need time to weigh options, ask if they are expecting a quick sale or will hold oonto it till the right price comes along.... Just my two cents. GOOD LUCK

The surveying lasts for a few days. And yea they basically just check out the perimeter of the property. I was planning on putting a few plants in a vacant lot, 3 days later surveyors show up and now im looking at I beams and a crane.

Thanks for the level headed questions, they actually made me look at this in a much more calm view. I guess I can rule out the surveyors, and them finding it…
The property will change hands, but the question is when & do I have time to farm the ganja :?:
The buyer seems to be a local farmer with land joining current plot, so I am assuming that his plan would be to use it as actual farm land, which more then likely won't be until next year…as this year would be finished for crops:wall:

I will be making a phone call today to the owner with some buying questions myself, thanks so much for the advice GreenLikeMoney

The initial thought of this being sold in this economy, as well as the fact that it has been pretty much useless/vacant for 15 years+ made me think the same thing….However I believe the possible buyer is a local farmer with ideas to use as more corn field. So I do believe it has a certain appeal, and might not take 6 months to purchase. I will be getting some info today, I really appreciate the advice and the 2 cents, lol
