GrowLab 145 lighting choices

I'm trying to figure out what type of lighting to get for a Growlab 4'9x4'9x7. There are so many choices. I'd like to get a 1000w HPS set up. But I dont want to have to buy another complete lighting set up for vegging with a MH. Or are there other reasonable options. Also air cooled lighting vs. non cooled. Or how about a dimming ballast vs. air cooled? I've read so much on information im getting confused on wich direction to go. This set up will be for a Ebb and Gro 12 pot site. Any info is greatly appreciated.:confused:

I would get a nextgen 1000w difital ballast, air cool the reflector, get a 400w MH for mothers, another 400w MH for vegging or a T5 fixture, and some cheap fluoro's for the clones. But that's just one mans opinion.

you can buy a 1000w hps and then buy a conversion light bulb that works in the HPS but the bulb will have the spectrum of a MH...and then obviously have a HPS bulb for flowering...saves having to buy 2 seperate 1000w kits

but if you have the room i'd get 2 kits and have seperate flowering/growing areas

I would go with CFLs for clone and veg. Do a comparison of lumen output between the Halice lamps and these. It will amaze you and the cost is 1/3rd for cfls. Oh, and cooler to boot! Hope this helps.
