Growing Room Idea: What You Think is Better?

ok set up in a row i got 3 ideas for flours tell me what you think this would be for about the first 2 weeks of veg i suppose..

1st idea straight board with 3 sockets and split so 2 bulbs in each socket 26 watt a peice and have 6 of those for about 10 plants maybe 20 until i figure out if there male or female then i would be throwing some out..

2nd idea about the same just put 3 bulbs that are bigger flours

3rd idea go with the long tubes...

what are your guys opinion kinda hard to explain but hopefully that was kinda clear..

use the 42w cfls if you can.

i can i just didnt know what would be better and i can keep them about 1in away from the plant correct?
