If I wanted to Grow a few Plants In My Yard this Year in a Small Greenhouse Would That Still Be Legal ?

I don't get the deal with all the capital letters, but as long as you stay in your plant counts and have a lock on the door, yes.

It must not be visible to others too I believe. Not that you would want to put it in your front yard to show everyone anyways.

I believe that was proposed in the outdoor rules last spring, but not passed. In any case, you generally can't identify what's in a greenhouse from the outside.
