Growing Outdoors In Washington

So i just planted a few plants in my backyard never tried anything outdoors, so my question is when should i expect them to turn and do you think they'll survive sense its the begging of April? Its was really sunny today but the rest of the week looks like rain and temps as low as 37 at night to as high as 66 in the day. The Plants were all clones same age around 1' to 2' tall in 1 gal. grow bags so they have good root balls to start with.

Plant a week after the last frost and if it happens to get cold I like to cover them up between 40-50 and you can expect some buds somewhere from early sept-oct probably (strain depending)
